


I teach IB Biology SL and HL, drawing on 7 years in international schools. I focus on data-based questions, genetics and ecology, and I regularly guide students through IA topic choice, methodology and drafts. Most of my recent students moved from 5s to 6s and 7s after a term of weekly online lessons, and I’m happy to coordinate with school teachers if needed. I generally meet students online in the evenings, which works well around school and activities.


Hi, I’m a full-time A-Level Biology teacher, working mainly with Edexcel and CIE. I like keeping lessons practical, using real lab examples from school to explain tricky topics like respiration and immunity. I also go through past papers slowly, showing students how examiners think and mark, and I share simple revision checklists before mocks and finals. Most of my students send me photos of class notes or tests beforehand so we can use their own material.


I’ve been tutoring IGCSE Biology around Khalifa City and online for 6 years, mostly for Cambridge and Edexcel. Parents usually come to me when mock grades are stuck at C or D, and we rebuild from core ideas like enzymes, osmosis and human physiology. We then layer in exam technique with short, regular homework and timed question sets, which we review together in detail. Many of the families I work with stay for multiple years as younger siblings move into exam classes.


As a GCSE Biology tutor working with British schools, I specialise in helping Year 10–11 students who feel lost after topics move too fast in class. We revisit basics with simple sketches and short quizzes, then drill AQA and Edexcel past questions so they walk into exams knowing what to expect. I’m patient but honest about gaps, and we plan realistic weekly goals. Parents get brief WhatsApp updates after sessions so they know exactly what we’ve covered each week.


I support AP Biology students from American-curriculum schools, especially those juggling heavy course loads. Sessions focus on tricky units like cell communication, photosynthesis and evolution, with lots of FRQ practice. I’m used to helping students tighten free-response wording under time pressure and build clear, organised notes they can revise from quickly. I’m very used to working around SAT, ACT and AP timetables, so we plan sessions with that in mind.
